This is an application for permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court. This appeal was dismissed on 12.08.2008 and the amount is still lying in deposit. In respect of notice issued on this application, none appears for the appellant. In these circumstances, I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the claimant/respondent no.1. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the claimant/respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court along with accrued interest.
