The earlier counsel for the appellant sought discharge. Thereafter, notice was issued to the appellant for engagement of another counsel. The appellant has not taken any steps to engage the counsel after due opportunities were given to the appellant. It seems that, the appellant is not interested in proceeding with this application. 2.

The submission made by the earlier counsel also shows that they have not received any instructions, though they communicated with the appellant.

Considering the same, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
