2) The applicant is apprehending her arrest in Crime No.606 of 2024, registered with Police Station, Akot Fail, District Akola for the offence punishable under Section 135 of Indian Electricity Act, 2003.

3) The allegations are made that the applicant has committed the theft of electricity by connecting the wire to the meter. The applicant is senior citizen. The meter is in the name of the applicant. Considering the allegations against her, earlier the interim protection was granted. 4) The learned APP has made a submission that though she is attending the police station, her custodial Kavita

5) Heard both the sides.

6) The allegations are made about the theft of electricity. As the meter is in the name of the applicant, the crime is registered against her. As the applicant is attending the police station, the interim protection granted earlier is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions. Hence, the following order- i] The application is allowed.

ii]The order dated 12.09.2025 granting adinterim anticipatory bail is confirmed. iii] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer. iv] The application stands disposed of.
