Mrs. Jachak, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents/State, upon instructions, makes a statement that reserving the right of the State to take appropriate steps against the Management for not obtaining permission for suspending the petitioner No.2-employee, the State would release the arrears of salary of the petitioner No.2, amounting to Rs.16,33,810/- within a period of two weeks from today.

Accepting the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
