GAVAI & V.M. DESHPANDE, JJ.

DATED : 20th October, 2016.

Heard.

The petitioner has moved for clarification of the order dated 22nd September, 2016. It is stated that in the second paragraph of the order, the number of the P.I.L. is incorrectly mentioned as P.I.L. No. 116/2015; whereas, as a matter of fact, it is "P.I.L. No.12/2016". It is further stated that after the second paragraph, "needless to state that the tenders which are the subject-matter of this petition would also be subject matter of enquiry" to be inserted.

It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respective respondents that such an error has been crept up. The Civil Application is allowed. Necessary correction be made immediately.
