This application is taken out by the respondents for depositing a further amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in the registry of this Court towards the payment of part back wages.

Instead of depositing the said amount in the registry, the respondents are directed to make the payment to the payment of the said amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the petitioner by account paying cheque or demand draft. At the request of the learned counsel for the respondents, further time of two months is granted to deposit the balance amount.
