10th January, 2017 Prayer is to permit the claimants to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. Perused the impugned judgment. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that interest of the appellant be adequately protected if the claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation. The claimants are permitted to withdraw fifty per cent of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court by filing an undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed, said amount shall be repaid with interest at

such rate the Court may direct. The remaining fifty per cent amount is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar [Judicial].

Civil Application is disposed of.
