This Petition is filed by the Cooperative Society seeking directions as regards the Mobile Towers. The prayers directing

wp 6011.2010 the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 in respect of their property and removal of mobile towers have been deleted, so also, the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, and only a general direction to the Respondent Municipal Corporation to prescribe Regulations for grant of permission to construct the Mobile Towers remains as the only relief. The Petition is filed in the year 2010. Thereafter, there have been various guidelines and statutory provisions governing the construction of Mobile Towers. None of those have been brought on record. The Petition is almost entirely directed against Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, who have been deleted.

In light thereof, nothing survives in this Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
