Paragraph 7 of the affidavit dated October 18, 2024 sworn by Shri K.V. Dahiphalkar, Additional Commissioner of Labour, Nagpur Division, Nagpur, reads thus :

"7. I further say and submit that, presently the Model Code of Conduct is in force, the said camps can't be held for distribution of utensil kits. As sson as the Model Code of Conduct is over the District Officer/Assistant Labour Commissioner, Nagpur, will take necessary action regarding conducting of camp for construction workers of Katol and Narkhed Tahsil."

In view of above, we direct the respondent No.3-Additional Labour Commissioner, Nagpur to hold a camp immediately after conclusion of the Model Code of Conduct.
