It is seen that, though the application is filed for bringing on record the legal representatives, prayer is for early hearing. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to amend the prayer clause. Leave granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

The applicants have stated that Chandansingh who is respondent No.1(D) in First Appeal and respondent No.1(C) in Cross Objection has expired. Prayer is to bring on record the legal representatives of said Chandansingh.
