Pursuant to order dated 29.04.2025, passed in Writ Petition No.2301/2025, the caste claim of the applicant is rejected vide order dated 30.10.2025 passed by the nonapplicant - Scrutiny Committee. 2.

The learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions from the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the application for condonation of delay in filing review as also the application for review with liberty to challenge the order dated 30.10.2025 passed by the nonapplicant-Scrutiny Committee. The learned Counsel however states that the petitioner/applicant is in service as a Block Development Officer with respondent/non-applicant - Zilla Parishad since the year 1999 and that his services are likely to be terminated in view of invalidation of his caste claim. He, therefore, prays for interim protection for a reasonable period so as to challenge the said order dated 30.10.2025.

Having regard to the fact that the applicant is in service since the year 1999, in the considered opinion of this Court it will be appropriate to grant interim protection to the petitioner/applicant in the following terms : No adverse action shall be taken against the petitioner/applicant pursuant to the order dated 30.10.2025 passed by the non-applicant-Scrutiny Committee in Complaint No.1/2025/Shri Rannavare/2025/1158-Wardha for a period of fifteen days from today i.e. up to 21.11.2025. 4.
