CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO.2560/2022 The civil application seeks to withdraw amount of compensation as per the award dated 09/09/2015 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in Claim Petition No.811/2010, which is deposited before the Tribunal. Since the present appeal is for enhancement by the original claimant
