It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that her sister has been issued validity certificate dated 16.06.2018. Despite the aforesaid, the Scrutiny Committee has proceeded to invalidate her claim. 2.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable in four weeks.
