Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 24th January, 2018 the proposed learned Arbitrator has sent the disclosure as per Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Hence, the following order:

Shri A.P. Deshpande, former Judge of this Court, is appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

The applicant shall deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rs.

Ten Thousand) towards process fees, within ten days. The applicants and non-applicants state that they will appear before the learned Arbitrator on 3rd March, 2018 at 11 a.m.

Miscellaneous civil application is allowed in the above terms. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
