By this petition, the petitioner has sought reliefs as per the following prayers:- "(i) take appropriate action against the respondent nos. 1 to 3 for hatching criminal conspiracy against the petitioner and thereafter direct the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to cancel the appointment order issued in favour of respondent no. 3, being illegal and contrary to the law; (ii) direct the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to forthwith appoint the petitioner on the post of Conductor (Junior) reserved for Scheduled Caste (Women) (Sports) category with seniority and compensation to the petitioner;" Shri S.J. Kadu, learned APP has pointed out that the petitioner had earlier filed W.P. No. 2143/2016 seeking reliefs in the following terms:-

2 wp888.19 "1) Issue appropriate writ, order or direction thereby quashing and setting aside the order dated 06.09.2014 (Annexure-16) passed by Respondent No. 2 i.e. Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation through its Divisional Controller, Wardha Division, Wardha.

2) Issue appropriate writ order or direction directing the respondent no. 2 Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation through its Divisional Controller, Wardha Division, Wardha to appoint the Petitioner on the post of conductor (Junior), in the interest of justice;

3) Issue appropriate writ order or direction interim directing the respondent no. 2 Maharashtra Road Transport Corporation through its Divisional Controller, Wardha Division, Wardha to appoint the Petitioner on the post of conductor (Junior), in the interest of justice. Grant any other suitable relief in favour of the petitioner which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice." W.P. No. 2143/2016 was dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court by the order dated 11/04/2016. Now, after about 3 years and 3 months, this criminal writ petition is filed seeking same reliefs. It is apparent that filing of this petition is nothing but abuse of process of law. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner shall deposit Rs. Ten Thousand with the registry of this Court towards costs and produce receipt on record of this petition till 11/10/2019.
