By this application, the petitioner seeks review / recall of the order passed by this Court on 7th June, 2017 by which the request made on behalf of the petitioner for grant of permission to withdraw the writ petition was granted and liberty was granted to the petitioner to take appropriate steps as permissible in law. Now the contention of the petitioner is that alternate efficacious remedy is not available to the petitioner and the only remedy for seeking redressal of its grievance is by filing writ petition before this Court.

The learned Advocate for the respondents has submitted that the reason given in the miscellaneous civil application cannot be a ground for review / recall of the order dated 7th June, 2017.

2 mca1518.17 In view of objection raised on behalf of the respondents, the Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh petition.

Civil application is disposed as withdrawn.

No costs.
