Though the application filed by the appellant praying for suspension of sentence is strongly opposed by the learned A.P.P., considering the nature of the incident, I am of the view that the sentence imposed on the appellant is required to be suspended.

Hence, the following order :

2 apeal383.15 The sentence imposed on the appellant by the judgment given in Sessions Case No. 70 of 2014 on 6th October, 2015 is suspended and it is directed that if the custody of the appellant is not required in any other case, she be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond for Rs.Twenty Thousand and one solvent surety in the like amount. Bail before the lower Court.

The application stands disposed of in the above terms.
