Heard Shri K.S. Motwani, learned counsel for the applicants/ petitioners and Shri A.M. Balpande, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

Shri Motwani, learned counsel, submits that there is only one teaching faculty and he is the Head Master, hence, for operating bank account for salary purposes, along with Head Master a seniormost non-teaching staff member should be permitted to sign. He further points out that as the College is not aided, there is no question of submitting salary bills to the department and after bills are prepared, the salary can be directly withdrawn from the accounts. 3.

The application has been moved on 20.09.2017. 4.

The learned AGP is seeking time to verify the facts. However, by arrangement offered, no prejudice will be caused to the respondents.

We permit salary bills prepared by the office of

0310caw2252.17 the College, in which the petitioners are working, to be signed/ authenticated by the Head Master and by the seniormost approved non-teaching staff. The concerned bank shall thereafter permit withdrawal only to the extent of wages as mentioned in that salary bill. The amount of wages payable to the staff members shall be deposited directly in their respective bank accounts.

Accordingly, with this modification in the order dated 14.08.2017 in Writ Petition No. 2853 of 2017, we dispose of the present civil application. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
