Perused the application.

It appears that the applicants/appellants have prayed for stay to the execution, operation and effect of the order dated 12/6/2017 passed by the Ad hoc District Judge, No.6, Nagpur in Regular Civil Application No.10/2016. It appears that this Court has passed order on 3/5/2018 and granted ad interim order in terms of prayer clause of the civil application.

The civil application filed by the applicants before the District Judge is dismissed and therefore, there is no

0803caf1446.18.odt question of staying the execution of the order in question. The applicants/appellants are not entitled for any interim relief. The civil application filed by the applicants/appellants for interim relief is liable to be rejected and the same is rejected accordingly. No order as to costs.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO.2665/2018 In view of disposal of Civil Application (CAF) No.1446/2018 today, the present civil application does not survive. Hence, the civil application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
