In view of the proposed order, requirement of issuing notice to respondent No.2 is hereby dispensed with. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that a revision application under Section 35 of the Maharashtra Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1947 is pending consideration before the respondent No.1 since the year 2019 and, however, the same has not yet been decided. He, in these circumstances, seeks a direction that the respondent No.1 to decide

Accordingly, having regard to the nature of the prayer made in this petition, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondent No.1 to consider and decide the Revision Application No. 125/PFG-31/Malvihir/2019-2020 pending before him as expeditiously as possible and within a period of three months from the date the certified copy of this order is produced before him. 5.
