ORDER

(Passed on 14th December 2019) 1] The appellant with Advocate Shri C.N. Funde and respondent are present.

2] The appellant has placed on record the terms of compromise in writing which is marked as "X" for identification. 3] It is stated that both the parties have amicably settled the dispute. The respondent agreed to pay an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- in full and final settlement. Out of which Rs.25,000/- shall be paid on 25/12/2019 and thereafter Rs.25,000/- shall be paid on 25/01/2020. The remaining amount of Rs.1,00,000/- shall be paid in monthly installment of Rs.10,000/- per month on or before every 25th of the month. Failure to pay the amount as per the compromise the appellant shall be entitled to recover the entire amount of cheque as per the procedure of recovery of fine amount in terms of Criminal Procedure Code.

4] Court fees be refunded to the appellant as per rules. 5] The matter is disposed of.
