After hearing respective learned counsel sufficiently on few dates and verifying the additional reply placed on record, we find that the so called 'Anda Cell' is only a high security prison and confinement therein is not any prison punishment, as such. The additional affidavit also shows that it is not a solitary confinement.

In this situation we do not find any rights of petitioner violated. Writ Petition is, therefore, rejected. No costs.
