DATE : November 23, 2022 The petitioner seeks to challenge show cause notice dated 06/10/2022 issued by the respondent. By that notice the petitioner has been called upon to explain why action should not be taken for breach of the Rules framed under the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.

We find that the petitioner can respond to the show-cause notice and if any adverse action is taken, the petitioner is free to avail remedy which is available. With these observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
