The issue of substitution has already been decided by the Full Bench of this Court in case of Kalpana wd/o Vilas Taram and others Vs. State of Maharashtra in Writ Petition No.3701/2022 and other connected writ petitions on 28.05.2024.

The petition is, therefore, disposed by directing the respondent No.1 to decide the claim for substitution in light of what has been decided by the Full Bench. 3.

The parties shall appear before the respondent No.1 on 01.10.2024 at 12.00 noon.
