DATED : October 18, 2019 Heard Mr Parag Bezalwar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr J. Y. Ghurde, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and and also perused the reply filed on behalf of prosecuting agency, which shows that the applicant is a repeater of same type of offences.
2] When the Court was about to dismiss the application, the learned Counsel submits that he wish to withdraw the application.
3] Since the applicant is withdrawing the application, the Court is not detailing the reason for dismissal of the anticipatory bail application.
Application is dismissed, as withdrawn.
Needless to mention the interim order dated 27/09/2019 stands vacated. It shall be open for the investigating officer to take necessary steps in accordance with law. JUDGE Namrata
