Considering reasons stated in the application and particularly age of Vimalbai Moghe, it would be proper to transfer the amount to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kelapur, Dist. Yavatmal. The application is allowed.

Registry is directed to transfer the amount along with accrued interest thereon to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kelapur, Dist. Yavatmal and also the amount fixed deposit in the name of claimants. 6.
