Learned A.P.P. for the State invites my attention to paragraph 9 of the reply in which it is stated that summons to the witnesses have been issued and thus the trial has already commenced. That being so, I am not inclined to entertain the present application and pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.840/2015 is dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and complete it within a period of four months from today.
