Heard.

The grievance made by the petitioner appears to be improper. He was released on parole and, hence, as per rules he could not have been released on any other leave immediately. As such, this Court has, in its order dated 6.5.2015, given liberty to file fresh application. Instead of filing fresh application, the petitioner has chosen to assail order dated 2.10.2014 before this Court. By that order, his prison punishment was postponed for two weeks so as to enable him to meet his family. The order is, therefore, found in his favour.

We find the proceedings misconceived. The petitioner is free to apply in terms of liberty granted on .....2/-

Respondent No.2 shall communicate the petitioner in writing that if such frivolous and unnecessary applications are sent, costs thereof shall be recovered from him in future.

The criminal writ petition is dismissed.

The charges of learned counsel appointed for the petitioner are fixed at Rs.1,500/-.
