NAGPUR BENCH, NAGPUR CIVIL APPLICATION (O) NO. 1423/2017 IN MCA.(ST) NO.20644/2017 IN WRIT PETITIONNO.6517/2016 (Alok s/o Ulhas Joshi Akola and another vs. Govt. of Maharashtra and others ) ...........................

............................................................................................................................... Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders Court's or Judge's order of directions and Registrar's orders .............................................................................................................................................. Mr. A.S.Dhore, Adv.for petitioners/applicants Mr. Dharmadhikari, A.G.P. for respondents CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI & MRS. SWAPNA JOSHI, JJ.

DATED : 6th October, 2017.

The petition has been dismissed by a speaking order after considering the arguments, as canvassed. Amendment to Section 14 or then fact that impugned order does not reflect consideration thereof, has not resulted in any prejudice to petitioners.

2.

The petitioners submit that they have not signed the mortgage deed. At this stage, learned counsel submits that no mortgage deed signed by them is produced before Collector. 3.

We, therefore, have called upon petitioners to make a statement to this Court that they have not signed any such mortgage deed. The petitioners are not in a position to make such a statement.

4.

In this situation, we find no case made out for intervention in review jurisdiction. Rejected. JUDGE JUDGE sahare
