Learned counsel Shri Vinay Dahat for the applicant invites my attention to Pursis vide St.No.9768/2018 dated 1.8.2018 by which he points out that the dispute is amicably settled before the Mah Lok Adalat on 18.9.2016 in Civil Court at Yavatmal. Hence, he submits that the applicant be permitted to withdraw the first appeal.

Permission is granted to the applicant to withdraw the first appeal.

Needless to mention that the applicant will be entitled to refund the Court fees as admissible.

The first appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
