Heard the respective counsel for the parties. By the present writ petition, the approval is sought to be required by the petitioner no.2 Institution in favour of the petitioner no.1.

The Education Authorities are opposing the petition on the ground that the appointment of the petitioner no.1 is in contravention to sub-rule (3) of Rule 3 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rule, 1981. No case is made out. Writ petition is rejected.
