Respondent No.4(d) was served in Second Appeal No.473 of 2022 by way of substituted service through newspaper publication before the appeal was admitted.

In that view of the matter, issue notice on merits to respondent No.3(d) in Second Appeal No.471 of 2022, and respondent No.4(d) in Second Appeal No.473 of 2022 by newspaper publication in daily newspaper Dainik Bhaskar, returnable on 09.12.2025.
