The appellant is present with Advocate Shri J.B. Kasat. It is informed that respondent no.1 has expired on 11-07-2016 and certificate is submitted issued by Police Patil Chinchpur, certifying that respondent no.2 is the only legal heir of respondent no.1. Copies of death certificate and the letter of Police Patil Chinchpur are filed before the National Lok Adalat. The claimant respondent no. 2 is present with Shri C.R. Najbile, learned Counsel and Shri Kadu, learned AGP is present on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 4. 2.

The appellant and respondent No. 2 have agreed to settle the matter and signed the terms of compromise before the National Lok Adalat.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise (Form H). 4.
