This petition takes exception to the order dated 16th August, 2024 passed by the District Judge-3, Amravati in Misc. Civil Appeal No.53/2023.

The respondents herein have filed the suit for injunction. By order dated 22.06.2023 the trial Court has allowed the application filed by the respondents for temporary injunction.

By the order impugned the learned appellate Court has confirmed the order passed by the trial Court. 4.

No perversity is pointed out in the orders impugned. The petition is dismissed.
