DATED : FEBRUARY 13, 2018 This is an application filed on behalf of applicant (wife) for transfer of divorce petition being H.M.P. No.44/2017 filed by respondent (husband) in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pandharkawda to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandrapur. It is pointed out in the application that the applicant is finding it difficult to attend to the proceedings at Pandharkawda and that due to her failure to attend to the proceedings, there is likelihood of Court passing an adverse order against her in her absence. Although served, none appears on behalf of respondent (husband). On 25/1/2018, this Court recorded that since none appeared on behalf of respondent, this application be listed for final disposal on 13/2/2018, i.e. today.

As noted above, even today none appears on behalf of respondent. Therefore, for the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed and petition being H.M.P. No. 44/2017 pending before Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pandharkawda is transferred to the

1302mca1236.17 2/2 Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandrapur. The Court at Pandharkawda is directed to transmit the case papers pertaining to the said petition to the Court at Chandrapur within a period of four weeks from today. The application is disposed of.
