th JU LY , 2023 The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 340 days in filing the First Appeal. The appeal is filed by the original claimants for enhancement of compensation awarded by learned M.A.C.T., Nagpur in C.P. No. 1253/2011 on 19/04/2017. 2.

In spite of service to the respondents, none appears for the respondents.

For the reasons stated in para no. 3 of the application, I am satisfied that there is no intentional or deliberate delay in filing the First Appeal. As such, the application is allowed. Delay in filing First Appeal is hereby condoned.
