After hearing Mr.Londhe, learned counsel for the applicant and after perusing order dated 18.09.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Akola rejecting application for grant of bail when the applicant was produced in execution of Non Bailable Warrant, when this Court was about to dismiss the application, Mr.Londhe learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he wishes to withdraw the application. The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the applicant is in jail and charge is framed, as it could be seen from order dated 18.09.2019, learned Judge of the Court below is expected to take all necessary steps for expeditious disposal of Sessions Trial No.182/2016 and shall dispose of the same not later than nine months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
