Accepting the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 32 days in bringing the legal representatives of respondent no.1 on the record is condoned. As stated in the Civil Application No.3251/2014 the respondents 2 and 3 are the legal representatives of respondent no.1 and in addition the legal representatives whose names are given in paragraph no.2 of the application are the legal representatives of respondent no.1. The legal representatives whose names are shown in paragraph no.2 of the Civil Application No.3251/2014 are permitted to be shown on the record as respondents 3-A and 3-B. The civil applications are allowed.
