The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.566/2025 registered at Police Station Jaripatka, District Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) 336(1), 336(3), 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

It is alleged that the applicant has forged the letter issued by the Nagpur Municipal Corporation wherein it is stated that road is not there near the house of the motherin-law of the first informant. 3.

On 10.09.2025, the applicant was protected by granting ad interim anticipatory bail.

For the reasons stated in the application, the interim protection is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

The application stands disposed of.
