DATED : 30 th September, 2019 After hearing the learned Advocate for the application Nos.1 to 3 (accused) and applicant No.4 (informant) and prima facie, examining the material on record and copy of charge-sheet which is shown at the time of hearing, we are not inclined to grant the prayer made in this criminal application for quashing First Information Report and charge-sheet. The record reveals that the applicant No.3 (accused) was absconding till filing of the charge-sheet. On query, the learned advocate for the accused, on instructions, states that the applicant No.3 is reported to be represented but he has not surrendered.

2 APL1051.2019 In the above facts, we see no reason to exercise extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
