Learned counsel for petitioners contend that the petitioners are forest labourers whose claim for regularization has not been decided by respondent No. 3. Learned counsel has invited our attention to representation dated 16.5.2024 (page 17). 3.

In view of the contention raised, we direct respondent No. 3 to decide representation dated 16.5.2024, within eight weeks from today. Respondent authorities are further directed to take into consideration the grounds raised in this petition. Learned counsel for petitioners undertake to produce copy of this petition along with order passed today before the respondent authorities, within two weeks from today.
