Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to communication dated 03/02/2023, by which recovery has been ordered against the petitioner. He has further submitted that he has made detailed representation to respondent No.3 on 16/05/2023, requesting the authorities to consider the grounds raised therein.

In that view of the matter, since the representation was submitted on 16/05/2023 and, according to the petitioner, the same has not been decided till date, we direct the respondent No.3 to decide the representation within a period of six weeks from today.
