As per the police report, the appellant is reported to be dead on 14/11/2022.

Despite the order passed by this Court no steps are taken to bring the legal heirs of the appellant on record. Even it is not intimated that whether the legal heirs are interested to proceed with the appeal despite sufficient opportunity is granted to the learned Counsel for the appellant.

As no steps taken is sufficiently shows that the legal heirs of the appellant are not interested to proceed with the appeal.

In view of that, due to the death of the appellant, the appeal is abated.

The appeal is disposed of as abated.
