The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner is covered in favour of the petitioner by the judgments rendered by this court from time to time. Shri Dharmadhikari, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, states that some time would be required to consider whether the issue involved in this case stands covered by the judgments of this court or not. In this view of the matter, we direct that the matter may be listed in the board for final hearing in the week commencing 28th of November, 2016.
