A joint application for recording compromise is placed on record by petitioner and respondents, for identification it is marked as 'X'. The petitioner Kiran Chandrahasya Karwande is present in person, identified by his Counsel Shri P.B. Patil. For respondent Nos. 1 and 2 representative Shri Haridas Tukaram Khodke is present in person, identified by Counsel for respondent. They jointly filed application for recording compromise between the parties on terms prescribed in the instant application. The contents of the compromise terms are verified from the respective parties. They agreed that whatever is written in the consent terms is as per their instruction. The respondent No.1 also hand over the

(2) 48 wp 3776-2023 cheque of Rs.7,00,000/- and one post dated cheque amounting to Rs.6,11,000/-. As compromise is in the interest of parties and voluntarily entered into, it is taken on record. Petition is disposed of in terms of compromise recorded in this Civil Application.
