Shri Patre, learned counsel for Applicant submits that instead of the amount of Rs.1,60,69,434/- an amount of Rs.1,60,79,434/- be allowed to be withdrawn i.e. the amount that was deposited by the Acquiring Body. 3.

Let the error be corrected. Let reference to an amount of Rs.1,60,69,434/- be substituted by Rs.1,60,79,434/-. Rest of the order remains as it is. 4.

The application accordingly stands disposed.
