The present civil application is filed for condonation of delay of 249 days in filing the second appeal which was rejected by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on 03/01/2022 due to non-removal of office objections within stipulated period.

For the reasons stated in the application, civil application is allowed.

Delay of 249 days in filing second appeal is condoned, subject to costs of Rs. 1,000/- to be deposited in the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur within a period of one week.
