This is an application made by respondent No.1 for withdrawal of remaining 50 % of compensation amount lying deposited in this Court.

Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that considering the fact that trees are involved, the balance 50% amount may not be allowed to withdraw.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw 30 % of the

2 21.caf.3140.2023 deposited amount with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security.

The Civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
