Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he had already paid an amount of Rs. 5 lakhs which appears to have been adjusted towards the interest liability and approximately an amount of Rs. 14 lakhs might be the balance amount, which he would pay within the period of three months. Acting on this statement, the ad-interim order dated 30.10.2015 made by this Court is confirmed. Rule is made absolute in terms of the interim order. In case the amount is not paid as aforesaid, the respondent as well as the Bank are at liberty to move this Court.
