This is an application made by respondent No.1/original claimant for withdrawal of remaining 50% of compensation amount lying deposited in this Court. 3.

Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that considering the exorbitant compensation may not be allowed to withdraw balance 50% amount.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the respondent No.1/claimant is allowed to withdraw 40% of the deposited amount with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security.
